Partner Terms

1. What you earn

You earn the commission percentage shown on your partner dashboard (20% unless we agree otherwise) of the first credit-pack purchase made by each person who joins WarnIQ through your code or link. Repeat purchases, monitoring subscriptions and other products are not commissionable. Commission is calculated on the amount the customer actually paid after any discount.

2. Attribution

A customer is yours when they sign up within 30 days of clicking your link (we set a cookie), or when they type your code at signup. Last touch wins. Their first purchase must happen within 90 days of signup to count. One account per verified phone number; duplicate or fraudulent signups are excluded.

3. Payouts

We pay monthly, around the 1st, by Cash App or Zelle to the handle on your dashboard. Balances under $5 roll over to the next month — nothing expires. You are responsible for keeping your payout handle current and for your own taxes; we will ask for a W-9 once your earnings approach $600 in a calendar year and issue a 1099-NEC where required.

4. Demo credits

We load checks into your account so you can demo WarnIQ honestly (10 on approval, 15 more when your first referral buys a pack). They're for content and personal use, not for resale or for running checks on behalf of other people.

5. Milestones

At 25 converted referrals your rate rises to 25% and we shout you out from the WarnIQ account. At 100 we'll talk about a flat monthly retainer.

6. The three content rules

1. Disclose. Every post that uses your code or link carries #ad (or #WarnIQpartner) and your platform's paid-partnership label. This is an FTC requirement.
2. Personal safety only. WarnIQ is a personal-safety tool, not a consumer report. Never present it as a background check for hiring, housing, tenant screening, lending or insurance, and never imply the Safety Score is a legal determination about anyone.
3. No real people's results. Demo with your own number, a friend who has consented on camera, or our demo footage. Never post someone's real results or phone number.

7. Pausing and ending

You can stop any time — just stop posting; earned commission still pays out. We may pause or end a code for breaking the rules above, for fraud or self-referral, or if the program changes; we'll tell you why and pay anything earned up to that point. We may change these terms with notice on your dashboard.

8. Your information

Your legal name and payout handle are visible only to WarnIQ admins and are used solely for payouts and tax paperwork. Your display name and handle appear on your public partner page (warniq.com/p/YOURCODE). See our Privacy Policy.
